Online Store Terms & Conditions

Prices

All prices are listed in Australia Dollars and effective from 1st July 2010 and are subject to alteration without notice. 

Exchange rates

Orders may only be filled to customers located in Australia or its territories. 

Delivery

Orders will dispatched no later than the next business day after payment has been confirmed.  In most cases this will be the next business day after the order has been submitted.

Delivery Options in Australia

Delivery will be by normal Australia Post Parcel. Normal Parcel Post will be delivered within 3 to 7 days after payment is confirmed depending on the destination. Items may be subject to normal mail delays and these estimated delivery times are a guide only.

Postage and Handling – Australia

Postage by Normal Australia Post parcel Post will be at a flat rate of $9.95 per submitted order. If your order is subject to any additional handling charges MSAC Retail will contact the customer beforehand to advise.

Postage and Handling – Outside of Australia

Online orders may only be filled to customers located in Australia or it’s territories. If you are located outside Australia and wish to order from the online catalogue please email the details of your order to onlinestore@msac.com.au and you will receive a quote for shipping and handling along with a current price and exchange rate.

Payment Confirmation

Payment for goods is not considered made until confirmation has been received from the financial institute.  All time frames for delivery are from the point that payment is confirmed.  In most cases this will be immediately when the order is submitted.

Privacy

Customer details are held confidentially and will not be passed on to any third parties without express permission of the customer.

Product availability

All products listed for sale on the MSAC Online Shop are available at the time of listing. In the event that an exact color or style is unavailable an alternative may be supplied that will closely match the item ordered in style and value.

Return Policy

Any purchase made on line may be returned at the buyers expense within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a full refund providing the goods are returned in their original packaging and condition and are unworn, unused and with tags attached. Where relevant original hygiene slips must still be in place.

Faulty goods being returned should be done so with a written explanation of the fault or how any damage occurred, the date of purchase and any use that has been undertaken with the product prior to the fault being discovered. Faulty goods will be returned to the supplier and an assessment will be made as to the extent and cause of the fault. If the item is deemed to be faulty the goods will be replaced as per the original order at no expense to the customer. If the goods are deemed to not be faulty and the damage has been caused by misuse of the product, the original product will be returned to the buyer.

Where possible faulty goods will be replaced with an identical product. Where this is not possible for any reason the replacement will be in the form of a similar product at the same or higher value.

Prices

Exchange rates

Orders may only be filled to customers located in Australia or its territories. 

Health Waiver

Purchase of an MSAC Platinum Membership or Energise in 30 Membership is subject to the signing of a Health Waiver.  This will be administered upon pick-up of your membership pack.

Pick Up

Orders will be processed as per the following timeframes:

10am - if online order made between 4pm (previous day) and 9am

5pm - if online order made between 9am and 4pm (same day)

• Platinum Memberships can be picked up from the Gym Reception - Level 1 MSAC.
• Flexi Memberships can be picked up from the Main Reception Desk in the MSAC Foyer.
