Holiday Intensives are back!!

Enrolments open May 27th

School Holiday Intensives July 8^th – 12^th 2013

Continual learning is extremely beneficial for your child and will help to fast track their progress. During the school holidays MSAC offers intensive tuition each weekday.

Swordfish, Dolphin, Wales, Sharks, Pre-Comp and Comp level students will enrol into Super Squad Session 9.30 – 11.30am.

Tuna and Platypus level students will enrol into the Super Tuna/Platypus Session 11.45 – 12.45pm.

Yabbies, Turtle, Tadpole and Goldfish classes will run as per normal from 9.30 – 1.00pm.

What is a Super Squad Session?

A Super Squad Session encompasses levels ranging from Swordfish right through to Comp. At the start of the week, swimmers are broken up into 3-4 smaller groups based on ability. All groups focus on the following throughout the week:

• Motor Learning patters of the 3-4 strokes
• Basic lane structures
• Streamlining
• Group commands
• Nutrition
• Diving
• Turns
