Holiday Intensives

Continual learning is extremely beneficial for your child and will help to fast track their progress. During the school holidays MSAC offers intensive tuition each weekday.

The program produces significant results as the swimmers are practising the skills learnt immediately. We have our ‘SuperSquad’ and ‘Super Tuna Platypus’ sessions which are extremely popular. Your child will learn:

• Basic Lane Structures
• Streamlining
• Group Commands
• Nutritional Advice
• How to go about developing training plans
