With 10 international-standard squash courts, there is no better place to play squash than at MSAC. Whether you are a hardened ‘squashie’ or a beginner, squash is a great way to get active and keep fit.

Our fully sprung floors and air conditioned hall, provide a safe and comfortable environment to play. Courts can be booked for casual use or for competitions.

MSAC is the only facility in Victoria to offer an international, four walled glass enclosed show court.

 MSAC runs a range of squash programs including:

• Squash Time! (Junior Squash)

Racquets and squash balls can be purchased from the MSAC Shop. Racquets can also be hired from reception.

Equipment and Racquet Hire:

A drivers licence is required for any equipment hire and will be returned upon return of equipment.

 

Hits & Giggles Program

New Program Week commencing Monday 22nd April 2013

Description:

The sound of laughter will echo around MSAC again as everyday women make new friends, regain a healthy fitness level and learn to play squash and Racquetball as part of Squash Vic’s innovative ‘Women in Squash: Learn to Play’ program, affectionately known as ‘Hits & Giggles’.

 

Run over six weeks from mid-October at MSAC, Hits & Giggles will introduce women and girls to squash, a sport that is often seen as male dominated. Working on skills and fitness, participants will receive coaching designed to their fitness level, in a supportive and judgement-free environment, while boosting their self-confidence and self-esteem with a group of like-minded women.
