teamMSAC success at Portsea Swim Classic

Portsea, Victoria – Scott Hargreaves and Helen Whitford lead the way for teamMSAC at the annual Portsea Swim Classic on Saturday.

Whitford was the stand out finishing first in her age category (40-49) and 23rd overall with a time of 14.02min for the 1.5k swim.

Scott Hargreaves swimming only his second open water race clocked an impressive 14.28min to make his was onto the podium in 3rd place in the 30-39 years male category.

teamMSAC members were a big presence at the Portsea Swim Classic this year with 45 swimmers participating, including Melbourne Sports Hub CEO Simon Weatherill.
