Please be aware that on Monday 10th June, MSAC opening hours will be from 7am - 8pm.
Changes to Fitness Classes and Aquatic Classes will also occur.
Aqua Exercise Classes:
Aqua Exercise Classes that will be running include:
8.15am Aqua Exercise
9.30am Aqua Exercise
6.30pm Aqua Exercise
Group Fitness Classes:
All classes that are scheduled to run on a normal Monday will do so with the exception of 10:30am Core & Stretch.
