Soul Pilates

Soul Pilates is an accredited APMA studio located on Level Three, in the Wellness Zone, providing all Pilates services at MSAC. Soul Pilates teaches only the genuine Pilates Method using equipment specifically designed for the exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.

Soul Pilates takes a holistic approach to developing a healthy body through exercise and movement by teaching the mind to understand how the body works. With a focus on building strength and improving posture, Soul Pilates helps you to achieve a better standard of overall health.
