First Aid at Your Event
MSAC recommend our own highly trained First Aid staff for your event. Our staff receive a high level of nationally recognised First Aid and emergency response training at our own registered training organisation.
At a minimum, MSAC staff are Level 2 First Aid qualified and all supervising staff and Duty Managers are Level 3 First Aid OH&S qualified. MSAC staff are best positioned to respond to an emergency in following our strict response protocols. They are experienced in responding to first aid applicable to their specific work areas and are familiar with, and have access to, MSAC’s first aid rooms and advanced equipment.
MSAC guarantee visible and accessible First Aid, with thorough knowledge of the venue, and immediate back-up help in the event of an emergency.
MSAC keeps formal records of all treatment, and staff are well versed in the organisation’s child protection, disability action, privacy, complaints and OH&S policies.
To request MSAC’s First Aiders for your event please advise your MSAC Events and Booking Coordinator before confirming your booking.
You may also request a short presentation of this information to your staff and/or attendees to ensure their safety in the event of an emergency; recommended for larger events.
