What is FlowRiding?

 

 

How to join in the fun:

1. Purchase a Membership or Turn Up and Flow Pass

• SAVE with the MSAC FlowRider Extreme Membership
• Turn Up and Flow Pass

2. Session Times

Monday - Friday	Times
Exclusive Member Time	7.00am - 8.30am
Turn Up and Flow	8.30am - 12.30pm
Exclusive Member Time	12.30pm - 1.30pm
Turn Up and Flow	1.30pm - 7pm
Exclusive Member Time	7pm - 8.30pm

 

Saturday - Sunday	Times
Exclusive Member Time	7.00am - 8.30am
Turn Up and Flow	8.30am - 12.30pm
Exclusive Member Time	12.30pm - 1.30pm
Turn Up and Flow	1.30pm - 7pm
Exclusive Member Time	7pm - 8.30pm

3. Sign the Declaration Form

• To ride the MSAC FlowRider you will need to download and fill out the MSAC FlowRider Declaration Form and present on arrival at MSAC.  Forms will also be available via the Membership Services Staff

4. Complete the Mandatory Induction

• An induction is mandatory for all new riders on the MSAC FlowRider. The induction includes a safety briefing, demonstration and flow session.

5. Ride the FlowRider!!!
