New Class - 6:30pm Wednesdays - TRX Suspension Trainer
The TRX Suspension Trainer uses your own bodyweight as resistance to stretch, tone and build strength.  You will instantly feel your core engage as you move through a series of movements on the one piece of equipment.  Perfect for beginners right through to the elite sportsperson.
