The Wellness Zone is part of the Health & Wellness Centre, including:

Fitness Centre and Group Fitness Classes

Soul Pilates Studio
Bounce Health Group Sports Medicine

The peaceful atmosphere of the Wellness Zone makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day. MSAC’s best kept secret is hidden away on Level Three, has full disability access and its own car park entrance.

The Wellness Zone pool is also open for casual use. Please check the availability prior to your visit.

Facilities include:

Hydrotherapy Pool with ramp providing full disability access
Spacious Pilates studio equipped with 18 Allegro Reformer beds
Ambient program room for classes including Yoga, Matt Pilates, Feldenkrais and Soma Chi
Changing rooms
Free lockers
