Q. What is the program?
A. It’s a 30 day program to create, change or achieve ONE key lifestyle behavioural habit or goal while using MSAC’s world class facilities.

Q. Why are we running this program?
A. This is a RESULTS BASED program, and behaviour change and creating positive habits is about setting and achieving results for small goals towards your ultimate outcome.

It’s perfect for members looking for a kick to your existing regime or to reach that goal that’s been eluding you until now. It’s also great for those new to MSAC to utilize the amazing facilities and begin forming positive lifestyle behaviors. 
 
Q. What does the program cost and what’s included?
A.  There are three E30 options to account for new and existing MSAC Club members. We reckon it’s a small price to pay for what could be a life changing program!
