Hydrotherapy

MSAC has two state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy pools custom built for rehabilitation, gentle exercise and pain management. Hydrotherapy has proven benefits for conditions such as joint and back pain, arthritis, sports injuries and reduced mobility. Both Hydrotherapy pools have disability access and are heated between 32-34°.

Access to the Wellness Zone is from either the third floor of the multi-deck car park or by taking the lift in the main foyer to level three.
