Aqua Exercise
Classes use specialised equipment to develop strength and cardiovascular fitness in a fun filled group session. Classes are 45 minutes in duration and cater for all levels of fitness and pregnacy.

Aquatic Kick and Box
Got that fighting spirit? Bring it to the pool with our moderate intensity Kick and Box class. This exciting class will tone your muscles and give you a great workout. This non-contact class is 45 minutes in duration.

Deep Water Muscle Tone
Deep Water Muscle Tone is a unique workout develops core and abdominal strength. With the aid of semi buoyant running belts, participants tread water during the class and work towards toning their body. Classes are 60 minutes in duration.

Deep Water Running
Want to reduce your body fat? Or improve your cardiovascular fitness? Deep Water Running is a low impact, high intensity class with great aerobic and toning benefits. Participants use semi buoyant running belts to focus on building core strength during the class. Classes are 60 minutes in duration.

Interval Training

SWEAT
